An executive with over 30 years of experience, Edward Minor works with CBI’s senior leadership to guide the organization’s financial, human resource and operational strategies.
Spanning for-profit and not-for-profit sectors, Edward’s past positions include Vice President of Finance, ITP, Boston, a software manufacturer for factory automation; Director of Operations, Hospital Entertainment Division, GTE Sylvania / Phillips North America, a $30 million dollar service business; and Executive Director of St. Dominic’s Preparatory High School, a distressed inner-city secondary school, which he helped to reconstitute. Acting as a consultant, he helped restore the financial viability of the Boston Vietnam Veterans’ Homeless Shelter by instituting cost-cutting measures and developing financial reporting systems.
Edward earned a BS/BA from Boston College, an MBA from Babson College and an MST from Bentley College. He is a member of the Treasurer’s Club of Boston and sits on the Board of the New England Hemophilia Association.
He and his wife live north of Boston and spend as much time as possible with their two grandchildren.
