Professor Lawrence Susskind and Dealing with an Angry Public  

In this video, Lawrence Susskind, CBI's Founder and Ford Professor of Urban and Environmental Planning at MIT, uses a case study to teach an executive education seminar on how to deal with an angry public. This segment is part of the Program on Negotiation's "Negotiation Pedagogy Video Series, Part Two."


Workable Peace Curriculum in Action
 

Workable Peace is an innovative secondary school curriculum, teaching, and learning project that integrates the study of intergroup conflict and the development of crucial civic and social skills into social studies and humanities classes. This clip shows the curriculum in use in a high school classroom.

"The Linder Negotiation" Training Video Clip

"The Linder Negotiation" is a negotiation training video developed by CBI's Hal Movius. The clip that follows is set in the middle of a multi-scene negotiation story. The protagonist has just left a difficult negotiation and the clip portrays her boss's attempts to coach her in preparation for the next round of negotiation.

U.S. Muslim Engagement Initiative Link TV Documentary

A collaboration between the Consensus Building Institute and Search for Common Ground, the U.S. Muslim Engagement Initiative has crafted a multi-faceted strategy to enhance U.S. and international security and improve U.S.-Muslim relations. The Initiative will disseminate this new broad-based strategy, in order to shift American public opinion, impact government policies, and stimulate effective public and private action.
