Nashua Telegraph Reports on "Breaking Robert's Rules"

Scott Flegal, a lawyer, mediator, and columnist, recently reported on Breaking Robert's Rules and his conversations with author and CBI founder Larry Susskind.

In a column published in the Nashua Telegraph, Flegal describes the ins and outs of parlimentary processes and consensus-building alternatives, including the quality of decisions produced by each. Flegal admits that applying Susskind's consensus-building apporach might be "a radical notion for many boards and groups to consider." "But," he asks, "would it really be that difficult to jettison Robert's Rules?"
